This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which ACF group, Fiduciaire Internationale S.A, based at Boulevard Marcel Cahen L-1311 Luxembourg (“ACF group”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from clients and/or users (each, a “User” or “Users”) of its websites, mobile applications or any other services (the “Services“).

ACF group, or a third party acting on its behalf, acts as data processor and as data controller.

Personal identification information

ACF group has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. ACF group will therefore revise the “last update date” at the bottom of this page. ACF group encourages Users to frequently check this page for any changes. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Services, Users confirm their acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If a User does not agree with this Privacy Policy, ACF group recommends to such User that he shall not use the Services.
